What kind of pictures do you take?
I will take pictures of anything that is important to you. Whatever moments you want to remember for the rest of your life, I would love to document. I like to change things up. I do not want to take pictures of only one occasion.
So…You just had a baby? I would love to take newborn pictures of your baby. You’re pregnant? I would love to take maternity pictures. Your kids keep growing and you want to remember them how they are now? I would love to take your family pictures. You’re getting married? I would love to capture your love in some engagements or bridals. You’re going to a school dance? Let me take your dance pictures. You opened a business? I can absolutely take pictures of your products. You’re wanting to enlarge your modeling portfolio? Let’s go crazy because I have IDEAS. You have a skill that you want to express and preserve through the art of photography? I GOT YOU. Your pet iguana is having a birthday and you want to throw a party? I AM THERE. Truly will be excited to take pictures of anything that you’re excited about.
When are you generally available?
I am generally available weekdays after 4, and anytime on weekends! I want to work around your schedule as much as I can.
When will I get my pictures back?
My goal is to give you your pictures back 3 weeks after the shoot.
Trust me, I also want to give you your pictures as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, quality editing takes awhile, and detail edits can be extremely time consuming. I will NEVER slap a filter or preset on a picture and call it good. There are several stages of editing that I take to fully enhance the beauty found in an image.
Please also note that photography is just a side gig for me - I have another full time job that I work 5 days a week. If I ever do get behind in my editing, I will be sure to let you know. All I ask is for your understanding and patience as I continue to work on your images.
What should I wear?
I want your pictures to be an authentic expression of you, so I will never tell you that you can’t wear something. However, I will give you my personal recommendations. You can never go wrong with neutral colors. They are always a safe choice. Not only are neutrals flattering, but they allow the observer to focus more on the faces instead of the attire. In addition, I do not recommend anything with logos or busy patterns as they can clash and distract. You can wear blue jeans if you’re going for a casual look - BUT, if it is a group picture, please do not all wear blue jeans. Switch up the pants colors and the shirt colors. A little mixing and matching goes a long way! Accessories can also add a ton as they can double as props! Ladies, feel free to add your style to the pictures with a head piece, cute glasses, a stylish umbrella, a hand bag, or a rocking pair of boots or heels. Flowing dresses or shirts are also fun as they can be used to demonstrate movement. Overall, when your outfit is a 10/10, your confidence in front of the lens will also be 10/10! If you feel good in what you’re wearing, it will show!
Should I get my hair and makeup professionally done?
This is not necessary, but some people prefer it. If you do not trust your own abilities with hair or make up, then there is no shame in seeking help. Feel free to message me if you want any pointers on flattering make up or hairstyle looks, and I can share some personal tips and tricks that I have discovered. I have even considered doing an extra “get ready with me” fee as I feel very comfortable with doing hair. Also, if you’re breaking out with acne, do not stress! I can zap them away so quick in photoshop.

I have hundreds of picture locations mapped out, the options are limitless! To narrow down the location options, I have created a questionnaire that you can take to help you pick the location that best matches your vision! Feel free to ask me for the questionnaire if you need help picking a location.
How can I pay you?

What does the cost include?
It includes the time I spend planning the shoot, time I spend taking the pictures, but most importantly, the time I spend editing. I am a detail oriented perfectionist, and so I can promise you that I will spend countless hours on your pictures.
Are there any additional costs?
Travel fee: I will drive anywhere within 50 miles of Draper UT free of any additional costs. For every 10 miles I drive over 50 miles, there will be an additional $10. So, for locations 51-60 miles away from Draper, there is a $10 fee. 61-70 miles away will be a $20 fee, etc. In addition, if the requested location requires an entrance fee, a parking fee, a rental fee, a reservation fee, or a photography fee, then this must be covered as well. If you want me to bring props to the shoot, then this fee will depend on the requested props (blankets, stools, basket, flowers, sheets, mirrors, candles, other decor, etc).
Do you accept tips?
Oh yes! I am still growing my portfolio at this time, so all of my packages are at discounted prices. This means I am not currently charging my full worth, and I am honestly not making money. At this time, every penny I earn often goes back into my passion, whether that be gas money from location scouting, editing software payments, website payments, camera equipment, editing equipment, prop equipment, and more. So, tips are deeply appreciated! It’s not required, but there is no better way to let me know that you like what you see after you get your pictures back!
What should I bring?
I recommend bringing any props that you feel could spice up your pictures or make them unique to you! If you would like any help with prop ideas, feel free to ask me and we can brainstorm together. They are not necessary, but they can make your pictures stand out.
Do you take requests?
PLEASE! I want the pictures to be everything you envisioned! If you have any particular poses or locations that you want pictures of, please let me know! If there is an editing style you prefer, please let me know! I want everything to be individualized to you.
What if I don’t like my pictures?
Please let me know! One of my biggest motivations with photography is to make YOU happy, and if you are not happy with the images you receive, then I will do anything in my power to change that. My options in this case will include a re-edit, re-shoot, or a refund!
Do you do collabs?
I am absolutely open to doing collaborations with other businesses or working individuals! Please message me if you are interested in using my skill set in any way.
